I love this book. It has so many good recipes for making superfood smoothies. I've been into making green smoothies in the past but this is a new twist for me on making healthy drinks with some of the superfoods, beyond just greens. This book teaches the basic principals about blending smoothies and compares the benefits of blending to juicing. The best thing about this book is the way it discusses superfoods. I refer to this book again and again. Great book to own.
